Retired Floral Designer and Data Entry Specialist, now a full time Caregiver and Chamber volunteer. I love our small community and enjoy helping at all the events. I have lived in Menifee most of my life, everyone here treats you like family.

Scott McMillan

Vice President

Hi I was born and raised in Rochester, NY near Lake Ontario. (I’ve only been to NY City once, and that was enough) I moved to eastern NY in the 90’s to a town that is even smaller than Frenchburg. I fell in love with small town living so I knew Frenchburg was the perfect place for me and my wife, Kate, when we bought our land in 2015 and moved here in the spring of 2016. My wife runs our small farm and I retired after 34 years in the elevator trade in the fall of 2021

I am currently a Teller at Frenchburg Traditional Bank and I completed a degree in Social Work last year. Growing up spending my summers here, Menifee County has always held a special place in my heart. I have absolutely loved moving and living here. I am so excited to volunteer my time helping it grow and making everyone love it even more!

I play many roles from being the Deputy City Clerk of Frenchburg, Chamber Secretary, and Menifee Centrals PTO Treasurer. Among my many roles my favorite is being a mama to my twin girls. My family and I have lived in Menifee for over 30 years. I love this little town! I love watching it thrive and grow while keeping its small town charm.
